Punjab State Council for Science & Technology offering job opportunity for following positions:
Sr. Programme Officer: One
Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences/ Life Sciences/ Environmental Science/ Agriculturr or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering/ technology from a recogonized University or equivalent. strong Knowledge of sattistics and basic knowledge of computers especially data management and use of internet. Matriculation with punjabi.
Desirable qualification: Doctorate Degree in Natural Sciences/ Life Sciences/ environmental Science/ agricultre or Master’s Degree in Engineering / Technology from a recogonized University.
Experience: Eight years in research and development, industrial and academic and / or science & technology organizations out of which four years should be in environment education, data collection and analysis. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in similar projects earlier and / or have experience of conducting field survey.
Job Requirement: Collection, complilation, statisticla analysis of data, preparation of reports, uploading on website, perticipation in web designing & layout, preparation of projects & generation of primary data, if required, included field surveys.
Salary: Rs. 15,000/- per month + 15% HRA
